CONTRACT AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, Contributor/Collaborator agrees to provide content for publication on the Website in exchange for certain agreed-upon terms outlined herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows:
1. Content Contribution
1.1 Contributor agrees to provide original recipes, articles, or other blog-related content (the “Content”) for publication on the Website.
1.2 All Content submitted must be original and not previously published elsewhere unless agreed upon in writing by Blog Owner.
1.3 Content must align with the theme, quality, and style of the Website and must not contain any inappropriate or offensive material.
1.4 Blog Owner reserves the right to edit, modify, or reject submitted Content before publication.
2. Ownership and Rights
2.1 Contributor retains ownership of the original Content.
2.2 By submitting Content, Contributor grants Blog Owner a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right to use, display, and distribute the Content on the Website and related platforms (social media, newsletters, etc.).
2.3 Blog Owner may use excerpts, quotes, or promotional materials from the Content for marketing purposes without additional compensation.
3. Compensation
3.1 The compensation for the Content will be [Specify if monetary, exposure-based, or any other type of compensation].

4. Content Standards
